Quality & standards

A quality system in preparation. An empty badge wall on purpose.

These topics are the architecture of the laboratory’s quality work. They will deepen as controlled documents exist. Listing a topic here is not a credential.

QMS-01

Quality Management System

A documented QMS is being established so methods, records, and responsibilities can be controlled.

The laboratory is building a quality management system suitable for technical testing work.

Documents, records, and authorities will be versioned. The public site is not the controlled QMS.

Preparation is readiness work: methods, records, and responsibilities written down before they are treated as controlled.

QMS-02

Governance

Laboratory authority for methods and findings is separated from ownership strategy.

GA Skill Games, LLC is the parent holding company. It may set strategy and allocate resources.

It does not determine test outcomes. Findings are issued under laboratory authority.

Ownership does not determine outcomes. Evidence does.

QMS-03

Methods

Test methods are planned, recorded, and limited to the identified object and agreed scope.

Each engagement uses a written plan. Deviations are recorded.

Methods will be maintained in a controlled library as the laboratory matures.

QMS-04

Impartiality

Conflicts, undue influence, and commercial pressure are treated as quality risks.

Staff are expected to raise impartiality concerns. A finding cannot be purchased.

See the public Impartiality statement for the current policy posture.

QMS-05

Confidentiality

Client materials and report bodies are treated as confidential laboratory records.

Public report verification, when enabled, will expose status and hash — not the confidential body.

See the Confidentiality statement.

QMS-06

Information Security

Intake, storage, and disposal of client artifacts are being designed as controlled processes.

The public marketing site has no client vault and no administrator console.

Artifact handling procedures belong to the laboratory QMS, not to this website.

QMS-07

Evidence

Observations are tied to identified artifacts, hashes, and recorded conditions.

A finding without an evidence pointer is not issued.

Build integrity work (SHA-256, manifests, custody) exists to keep the object identity honest.

QMS-08

Complaints

A complaints path will be documented as the QMS matures. Contact intake is the current channel.

Until a dedicated complaints register is published, write to the laboratory through the Contact form and mark the subject as a complaint.

QMS-09

Corrections

Errors in issued work require a recorded correction or supplemental report.

Silence after issuance is not an amendment. Material error handling will be a controlled QMS process.

QMS-10

Change Management

Method, personnel, and scope changes are recorded. Product changes at the client require new work.

Change review after a report is not continuous monitoring unless a later engagement says so.

QMS-11

Public registers

This section exists so future third-party listings can be named without rebuilding the site.

Until a competent body has acted, the public register is empty on purpose.

When a listing exists, it will be named here with the issuing body and scope.

QMS-12

Recognitions

No regulator, standards body, or market recognition is claimed.

This register will hold third-party recognitions if and when they exist. Empty is the truthful state.

QMS-13

Standards Library

A working library of technical standards and published requirements is being assembled for method design.

Listing a standard in an internal library is not a license to claim compliance on a client’s behalf.

Internal references are working texts for method design — not badges on this site.

Complaints, correction requests, and impartiality concerns go through Contact until dedicated registers are published.
